I wanted to like it, and at first I was mostly just looking at the overall design, but then I noticed the embroidery was kind of messy in spots. Like, some threads just didn’t look clean or finished. And then after not much use, it actually started coming loose, which was disappointing because that’s the part I expected to feel more sturdy. It’s not the worst thing ever, but the stitching definitely wasn’t great.

I had to follow up with them about an issue with my order, the response didn’t really get me any closer to fixing it. It felt like I kept going in circles without anyone actually taking ownership of the problem. I know things can go wrong with orders, but what matters is how it’s handled afterward, and this experience left me feeling disappointed. I’m still without a proper solution

I was really hoping this would be a comfy piece my kid could wear without any complaints, but unfortunately the fabric was scratchy right from the start. It didn’t feel soft at all, and my child immediately noticed it and really didn’t want to keep it on. I tried to give it a chance, thinking maybe it would feel better after wearing it for a bit, but that definitely wasn’t the case. The material just wasn’t comfortable for sensitive skin, at least in our experience.

I didn’t have the best experience ordering from Name Dropper Kids. To be fair, it might’ve just been bad timing on my part, but the whole order ended up feeling more frustrating than I expected. I was hoping for a smoother experience, and it just didn’t really work out that way. Not sure I’d order again anytime soon

The exchange process was slow and really frustrating. I expected it to be more straightforward, but it ended up taking longer than it should have.

I thought it would be a bit better for the price. The clothes looked really cute online, but once they showed up, they felt kind of average to me, maybe around the same quality as stuff I’ve bought for less elsewhere. I was browsing namedropperkids.com because a few of the kids’ items caught my eye, they do have some really cute things. But once I started adding stuff to my cart, the total got way higher than I expected. For what you’re actually getting, the prices just didn’t feel worth it to me. I ended up finding similar items for less on other sites, so I don’t think I’ll be ordering from here again.

I ordered some clothes for my kids, but when I tried to return one item, the policy felt way too strict. My sister even looked it over to make sure I wasn’t missing something, and it still seemed like a hassle. For kids clothes, it’s just not worth dealing with that kind of return process. I probably won’t order again.

I ordered a shirt for my kid because it looked really cute online, but once it arrived, I felt kind of misled. The fabric was thinner and rougher than I expected, especially for the price.

After just one wash, the print already started to look faded, and some of the seams seemed loose. It looked like something that had been worn for months, not brand new.

Pretty much everything I liked was full price, the discount page was basically tumbleweeds, and the promo codes I tried magically didn’t work at checkout. So unless paying regular price counts as a bargain now, I don’t really see the point in checking back.
